Correction: Patient Mean Age
Mean age for patients is reported incorrectly in the text and tables.
On page 985 the text should state: "Overall, the mean age of patients
was approximately 41 years in both groups . . ."
In Table 1 the values for age (row 1) should be 41.6±13.8 for the first group and 41.2±13.3 for the second. The statistical data should be t=–.18, df=206, p=.854.
