Data Supplements

Supplemental Figure: Figure 1 is a flowchart presenting the various screening levels and the number of patients who reached each screening level.

Supplemental Methods: The expanded methods section provides a more detailed description of the instruments used, how delivery of services was monitored, information on the random assignment to groups, treatment models, and additional analytic information.

Supplemental Tables: Supplemental Table 1 gives the baseline characteristics of participants with at-risk alcohol use. Supplemental Table 2 lists the types of services received and the number of participants who received a brief alcohol intervention, by treatment type.
